This policy covers paid Breezy plans. We may update it from time to time.
Billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial periods. If you think you were charged in error, email admin@burningbushventures.com and we’ll be glad to help.
Payments you collect from members
If you use Breezy to collect payments from your own members, those payments are between you and your members, and you are responsible for your own refunds and disputes. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe’s terms.
